Whenever we present a Bible study or a portion of the gospel or talk about the atonement we must be certain that those who listen to us are hearing the same message that we are giving. We must always be receptor orientated, constantly asking questions to ascertain that the hearers really are hearing what we are saying. Without this careful concern for what is being heard we can completely distort the religious ideas we hope to communicate.
